Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in is at 3:00 pm; check-out time 10:00 am.

Cancellations

​

  • There is an administrative fee of $25 for all cancellations

  • At least 7 days prior to the arrival date - A full refund of the total amount less the administrative fee shall be granted.

    • In effect: October - April

  • At least 14  days prior to the arrival date - A full refund of the total amount less the administrative fee shall be granted.

    • In effect: May - September

  • After cancellation deadline - no refunds 

  • All cancellations need to be provided in writing via email to: info@littlebayresort.ca

Smoking / Vaping Policy

​

No smoking/vaping permitted in any of the cabins.

Smoking is permitted on the decks with proper disposal of cigarette butts in the containers provided.

​

Quiet Time

​

Our resort has a quiet time from 11 pm – 8am. We ask that all our guests comply with our guidelines on keeping noise to a minimum overnight. This includes resort public spaces and marina.

Pet Policy

​

Pets are welcome at our resort.

We charge $40.00 / stay and a required $100 (fully refundable) deposit per stay

​

Please abide by the following:

  • Keep pets leashed at all times around the resort 

  • Please clean up after your pet

  • Refrain pets from being on the furniture and beds

  • Pets are not be left unattended in the cabins

​

Pet Deposit ​

Please add the $100.00 refundable pet deposit in additional to the pet charge at the time of booking. 

*This will be requested if not charged and your booking will be "pending" until all charges are paid prior to arrival.

Your deposit will be refunded to you up to 5 days after your stay.

Little Bay Resort reserves the right to keep your deposit for the following circumstances:

  • Soiled bedding from muddy pets

  • Soiled linens from being used on pets

  • Damages to furniture caused by pets

  • * Any pet charges will be provided in writing with an explanation

Dock  Etiquette

​

The dock key can be found on your key chain. Please ensure that nothing is left on the dock overnight

Dock is to be used at your own risk - no persons or lifeguard is on duty.

Children under the age of 12, or those who cannot swim must wear a lifejacket at all times.

Life jackets can be borrowed in the kayak storage area. Please return and hang up after use.

Kayak/Canoe Tie-Up

​

Please feel free to launch your own kayak/canoe on the ramp adjacent to the Marina Gate.

Tie-up your kayak/canoe along the main finger for the duration of your stay.

Please refrain from leaving gear on the dock.

​

Boat/Moorage

​

Little bay resort has limited moorage  availability at an extra charge.

If you would like to rent a spot for your stay, please contact info@littlebayresort.ca for your request.

  • Subject to availability and boat size.
